The club lounge was amazing with delicious breakfast options, and we loved unwinding by the pool after a long day. Don't miss the fitness center for a good workout, too. The only minor drawback was the overpriced marketplace, but overall, it was a fantastic stay! 😊

We had a lovely stay for 4 nights in the spacious two-bedroom suite, but I was a bit turned off by the gnats in the shower. Overall, I would consider staying here again.

Dude, the nearby food scene is fire! I mean, even just stepping out to hit up Juice Generation for some fresh juice was a game-changer. Plus, the friendly staff kept our spirits high amidst the chaos. Le Pain Quotidien had some bomb avocado toast too!
Check-in was a mess, and the room? Tiny bathrooms with cracked sinks and little flies buzzing around. Oh, and the luggage situation? Avoid this hotel!

missingWrote a review on Jul 07great locationmodern amenitiesaccessible attractionssmall bathroomoverpriced shop
The stay was mostly about the location, and it truly delivered. Being so close to Grand Central and other major attractions made exploring the city a breeze. The room was quite nice, and I appreciated the modern amenities, but the small bathroom was a bit of a hassle for us, especially with just one sink for our group. Although I think the prices in the shop were overly high, the overall vibe of the hotel and surrounding area kept our spirits high during the trip.

The double room was spacious, but the small bathroom was a challenge for three guests sharing. The joyful and helpful staff stood out, and the location was convenient for exploring. While the food was enjoyable, especially the Thai dishes, there were some inconveniences with the room during check-in, including a long wait to resolve our reservation issues.

Had a fantastic time with friends! The location next to Grand Central Station made it easy to explore the theatre district, Times Square, and Rockefeller Center. Don't miss checking out the Grand Club for breakfast. It gets a bit crowded, but it’s worth it. Overall, it’s a great base for a fun trip.
However, the bathrooms were pretty small. We were a group and struggled with just one sink, which was a bit inconvenient.
